JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Development

• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
• Develop custom websites using modern technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
• Build and customize websites on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or custom CMS solutions.
• Create editable templates and modules that allow non-developers (designers, marketers) to manage content independently.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across all devices and browsers.

Technical Implementation & Maintenance

• Implement UI/UX designs with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Optimize website performance, including load time, image compression, and lazy loading.
• Implement SEO best practices, including structured data, clean URLs, and metadata.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools as required.
• Test websites across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistent functionality and usability.
• Identify and fix bugs, broken links, layout issues, and integration errors.
• Troubleshoot security vulnerabilities and performance issues.
• Manage updates to plugins, CMS versions, and site security.
• Monitor and resolve downtime, broken features, or user experience issues.
• Maintain and update existing websites on an ongoing basis.

Hosting, Deployment & Security

• Set up and manage web hosting environments, staging servers, and domain configurations.
• Deploy websites live and ensure a seamless handoff to clients or internal teams.
• Set up basic security protocols, including SSL, firewalls, and anti-spam measure
• Apply secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities such as injection attacks and data leaks.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and digital marketers to implement copy, assets, and functional elements based on campaign needs.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on current web development trends.
• Assist with website hosting, domain setup, and server management as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in web development, preferably within a creative agency.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
• Knowledge of eCommerce development (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Do

•   Manage social media pages for assigned shows across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and any other platforms
•       Take out episode clips and identify moments that will work well as short-form content
•       Plan and strategize what content goes out, when, and why
•       Brief editors and designers on reels, thumbnails, and creatives needed
•       Review and approve content before it goes live
•       Monitor comments, reply to fans, and keep the community engaged
•       Track performance daily and flag what is working and what is not
•       Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain content calendars

What We Are Looking For

What You Will Do

• Manage and grow broadcast channels on Instagram and Facebook for show communities
• Reply to comments and DMs across platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate way
• Plan and execute community engagement activities, contests, and fan campaigns
• Moderate comment sections across Instagram and Facebook and flag anything that needs attention
• Go on set to shoot BTS, candid, and trend-based content using an iPhone (will be provided)
• Ideate content formats that build connection between fans and shows
• Coordinate with Social Media Managers to align community content with overall strategy
• Maintain a consistent posting and engagement schedule across broadcast and community channels

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or fan engagement
• Good written communication in Hindi and English
• Comfortable and confident shooting content on an iPhone
• Understanding of what drives fan engagement for entertainment content
• Proactive, people-first attitude with a genuine interest in building communities
• Ability to travel to shoot locations within the city when required
• Experience managing broadcast channels or facebook communities is a plus

• 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing, with a focus on short-form content. Freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes a good hook

Role Overview
We are looking for designers who can keep up with the pace and visual demands of social media in the entertainment space. You will be creating assets for show pages we manage, from YouTube thumbnails to Instagram carousels and everything in between. A good understanding of AI design tools and how to use them effectively in day-to-day creative workflows will be an added advantage.

What You Will Do

• Design thumbnails for YouTube and short-form video content
• Create carousels, static posts, and story formats for Instagram and Facebook
• Work closely with Social Media Managers to understand the visual brief for each project
• Maintain visual consistency across assigned pages
• Adapt quickly to feedback and deliver revisions without delay
• Keep up with design trends in entertainment and social media
