What You Will Do

•       Manage uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for show’s  YouTube channels
•       Develop and execute a YouTube content and growth strategy focused on show marketing
•       Analyse channel performance using YouTube Studio and provide regular insights
•       Work with editors and designers to ensure content is optimised for YouTube
•       Identify opportunities for show clips, trailers, and promotional content to perform well
•       Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes and platform best practices
•       Support new channel launches and music-related content initiatives

What We Are Looking For

•       1 to 3 years of experience specifically working on YouTube growth and channel management
•       Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, SEO, and how the algorithm works
•       Experience with thumbnail strategy and understanding of click-through rates
•       Understanding of audience retention and what drives views on show or entertainment content
•       Ability to collaborate with a content team and give clear direction
•       Prior experience in entertainment, OTT, or media is preferred
•       Data-driven mindset: comfortable reading numbers and making decisions based on them
