Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team and take ownership of show pages we manage for our entertainment clients. You will be the go-to person for the page assigned to you, handling everything from strategy to day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage social media pages for assigned shows across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms
2. Take out episode clips and identify moments that will work well as short-form content
3. Plan and strategize what content goes out, when, and why
4. Brief editors and designers on reels, thumbnails, and creatives needed
5. Review and approve content before it goes live
6. Monitor comments, reply to fans, and keep the community engaged
7. Track performance daily and flag what is working and what is not
8. Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain content calendars

Required Skills:

1. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
2. Genuine enthusiasm for show marketing and entertainment content is a must
3. An eye for content that works: you know what makes people stop scrolling
4. Ability to write good captions and give clear creative briefs
5. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
6. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with quick turnarounds
7. Basic understanding of video editing or content production is a plus
