Role Overview
We are looking for designers who can keep up with the pace and visual demands of social media in the entertainment space. You will be creating assets for show pages we manage, from YouTube thumbnails to Instagram carousels and everything in between. A good understanding of AI design tools and how to use them effectively in day-to-day creative workflows will be an added advantage.

What You Will Do

• Design thumbnails for YouTube and short-form video content
• Create carousels, static posts, and story formats for Instagram and Facebook
• Work closely with Social Media Managers to understand the visual brief for each project
• Maintain visual consistency across assigned pages
• Adapt quickly to feedback and deliver revisions without delay
• Keep up with design trends in entertainment and social media

What We Are Looking For

• Candidates with 6 months or more of experience are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (at least one, ideally more)
• Strong portfolio showing social media work: thumbnails, carousels, and reel covers
• Understanding of what performs well visually on Instagram and YouTube
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
• Good communication skills and ability to take clear creative briefs
• Experience in media, entertainment, or a content agency is a plus
