What You Will Do

• Edit short-form reels from episode footage provided by the content team
• Create engaging cuts that build suspense, curiosity, or emotion
• Add captions, music, effects, and transitions as needed
• Maintain the tone and feel of each show while keeping content platform-native
• Deliver edits within tight deadlines and handle revisions quickly
• Stay updated on editing trends for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Coordinate with Social Media Managers and designers to align on final outputs

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing, with a focus on short-form content. Freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes a good hook
• Experience editing entertainment or drama content is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple edits simultaneously and meet daily or weekly targets
• Attention to detail in terms of quality, subtitles, and audio
