Key Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality images for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, and branding projects
2. Plan and execute photo shoots, including pre-production (concept, location scouting, styling) and post-production (editing and retouching)
3. Work with creative directors, stylists, designers, and clients to bring visual concepts to life
4. Direct models, clients, and team members to achieve the desired visual storytelling
5. Ensure proper lighting, composition, and framing for every shot
6. Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One
7. Maintain a consistent editing style while adapting to different brand requirements
8. Optimize images for digital and print use with high resolution and color accuracy
9. Work closely with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for cohesive branding
10. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, photoshoots, and social media content
11. Stay updated with photography trends, styles, and new technologies
12. Adapt photography style across fashion, lifestyle, corporate, and product shoots

Required Skills:

1. Experience as a photographer, preferably in a creative agency
2. Strong portfolio showing a range of photography styles and techniques
3. Proficiency in photo editing software
4. Good understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory
5. Strong creative vision with attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
7. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
8. Knowledge of videography and basic video editing is a plus
9. Experience with drone or 360-degree shoots is an added advantage
