  • Run A/B tests and deliver actionable insights
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for execution

Requirements

  • 2+ years in digital/performance marketing
  • Expertise in Google & Meta Ads
  • Proficiency in SEO, email, and content marketing
  • Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills

Position: Office Manager & Executive Assistant
Department: Office Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage studio bookings, payments, and overall studio coordination.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, vendors, maintenance).
  • Handle calendar management, travel bookings, and meeting coordination for leadership.
  • Process bills, expense reports, and reimbursements accurately and on time.
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office.
  • Experience with basic finance/admin tools (reimbursements, payments, etc.).
  • Professional, discreet, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce videos for social media, websites, ads, and brand campaigns
  • Add motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and visual effects
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring concepts to life
  • Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency with brand style and quality standards
  • Stay updated on video trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements

  • Proven experience with a strong portfolio
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong storytelling, editing, and motion design skills
  • Eye for detail, pacing, and visual aesthetics

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis
  • Optimize website content (meta tags, headers, images)
  • Assist with backlink building and off-page SEO

Requirements

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Strong research & writing skills
